Personal Data Rights Request

GCX Corporation is complying with applicable privacy regulations like the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). GCX customers and account holders may be entitled to exercise certain rights regarding the use of personal data held by the company.

GDPR- and CCPA-covered users have the:

  • Right to access/​know what personal information is collected, used or shared. (GCX does not sell its users’ personal information to any third parties.)
  • Right to ask for personal information to be updated or corrected.
  • Right to restrict use of your personal information in certain cases, including if you believe that personal information about you is incorrect or used unlawfully.
  • Right to object to use of your personal information and ask for it to be deleted by the business and any of its service providers.
  • Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
  • Right to erasure in which your personal information is deleted in certain cases.
  • Right to non-discrimination in terms of price or service when a consumer exercises a privacy right under CCPA.

Account Holders

Account holders are individuals who have created a GCX Corporation account on https://www.gcx.com. You can contact us to exercise your rights at marketing@gcx.com or submit a completed request form located on this page. We may ask you to verify your identity and for info about the communications you received in order to fulfill your request.

Deleting your account may not remove all your personal data from GCX Corporation. If you want to request complete expungement, contact us at marketing@gcx.com to start that process.

Site Visitors

A site visitor can be anyo né who visits a GCX Corporation webpage. Site visitors can delete personal data that might be stored about them by clearing cookies, opting out of cookies, and unsubscribing from marketing emails.

How GCX Corporation Complies With Data Requests

We respond to data privacy requests within 45 days. However, it may take longer to complete the request. We’ll let you know these details through email.
